The object has been under restoration since 2019. Restoration and adaptation of the architectural monument of local importance (guardian No. 641-Kv) - the building of the office of the Jewish cemetery on St. Melnykova, 44 in Kyiv. The source of funding is state budget funds. Execution of works as a general contractor. A complete set of works on the construction of the attic and installation of the copper roof was completed. The preservation of the structure of the building was ensured with the replacement of all floor coverings, strengthening of the foundations and arrangement of the basement. Manufacture and installation of granite products (stairs, pits, retaining walls). A full range of works on the restoration of the facades with the replacement of the windows of the building was completed.
