The object is under restoration since 2019.. Restoration and adaptation of the Old Academic Building of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kyiv. The source of funding is state budget funds and grant funds from the US Embassy in Ukraine. Performance of works as a general contractor. A complex of works on the construction of the attic and installation of the copper roof was completed. Part of the floors were replaced from wooden to concrete. A full range of facade restoration work was carried out, including strengthening of the wall structure and reproduction of individual elements, as well as replacement of the building's windows.

A complex of works on the restoration of the facades of the central part of the palace, the manufacture and installation of granite products (the central square in front of the palace, a section, porches), restoration of the premises of the 1st floor of the central part of the palace.

The object has been under restoration since 2019. Restoration and adaptation of the architectural monument of local importance (guardian No. 641-Kv) - the building of the office of the Jewish cemetery on St. Melnykova, 44 in Kyiv. The source of funding is state budget funds. Execution of works as a general contractor. A complete set of works on the construction of the attic and installation of the copper roof was completed. The preservation of the structure of the building was ensured with the replacement of all floor coverings, strengthening of the foundations and arrangement of the basement. Manufacture and installation of granite products (stairs, pits, retaining walls). A full range of works on the restoration of the facades with the replacement of the windows of the building was completed.
